The process by which employees created in the HR source system are given automated access to (part of) the application landscape is called provisioning. This is standard functionality of SynerBee, also applicable to the other solutions. Basically, it involves automatically creating or deleting accounts and e-mail addresses when there is a change in the source system, such as employee registration in the HR system.
How it works
When employees join, an Azure Active Directory account with password and an email address are automatically created for the employee. When leaving the company, the account and email address are automatically deactivated or deleted again. This prevents unused accounts remaining available, also known as 'orphan accounts', and prevents misuse and potential security risks. Moreover, costs can be saved by optimized licence management.
